2:1And the angel of the presence spoke to Moshe (Moses) according to the word of Hashem, saying, “Write the complete history of the creation, how in six days Hashem God finished all His works and all that He created, and kept Shabbat on the seventh day and hallowed it for all ages, and appointed it as a sign for all His works.”

2:1Y el ángel de la presencia habló a Moshé (Moisés) conforme a la palabra de Hashem, diciendo: «Escribe la historia completa de la creación, cómo en seis días Hashem Elohim acabó todas sus obras y todo lo que creó, y guardó Shabat en el séptimo día y lo santificó para todas las edades, y lo puso por señal para todas sus obras».

፩ወይቤ ፡ መልአከ ፡ ገጽ ፡ ለሙሴ ፡ በቃለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እንዘ ፡ ይብል ፡ ጸሐፍ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ነገረ ፡ ፍጥረት ፡ ከመ ፡ በሰዱስ ፡ ዕለት ፡ ፈጸመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ግብሮ ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ዘፈጠረ ፡ ወአሰንበተ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ሳብዕት ፡ ወቀደሳ ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ዓለማት ፡ ወአንበራ ፡ ትእምርተ ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ግብሩ ።

2:2For on the first day He created the heavens which are above and the earth and the waters and all the spirits which serve before Him—the angels of the presence, and the angels of sanctification, and the angels of the spirit of fire, and the angels of the spirit of the winds, and the angels of the spirit of the clouds, and of darkness, and of snow and of hail and of hoar frost, and the angels of the voices and of the thunder and of the lightning, and the angels of the spirits of cold and of heat, and of winter and of spring and of autumn and of summer, and of all the spirits of His creatures which are in the heavens and on the earth. He created the abysses and the darkness, eventide and night, and the light, dawn and day, which He has prepared in the knowledge of His heart.

2:2Porque en el primer día creó los cielos que están arriba, y la tierra, y las aguas, y todos los espíritus que sirven delante de él: los ángeles de la presencia, y los ángeles de la santificación, y los ángeles del espíritu del fuego, y los ángeles del espíritu de los vientos, y los ángeles del espíritu de las nubes, y de las tinieblas, y de la nieve, y del granizo, y de la escarcha, y los ángeles de las voces, y del trueno, y del relámpago, y los ángeles de los espíritus del frío y del calor, y del invierno, y de la primavera, y del otoño, y del verano, y de todos los espíritus de sus criaturas que están en los cielos y en la tierra. Creó los abismos y las tinieblas, la tarde y la noche, y la luz, el alba y el día, los cuales ha preparado en el conocimiento de su corazón.

፪እስመ ፡ በዕለት ፡ ቀዳሚት ፡ ፈጠረ ፡ ሰማያተ ፡ እለ ፡ መልዕልት ፡ ወምድረ ፡ ወማያተ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ መንፈስ ፡ ዘይትለአክ ፡ ቅድሜሁ ፡ ወመላእክተ ፡ ገጽኒ ፡ ወመላእክተ ፡ ቅዳሴ ፡ ወመላእክተ ፡ መንፈሰ ፡ እሳት ፡ ወመላእክተ ፡ መንፈሰ ፡ እስትንፋስ ፡ ወመላእክተ ፡ መንፈሰ ፡ ደመናት ፡ ለጽልመት ፡ ወለኵሉ ፡ ወለበረድ ፡ ወለአስሐትያ ፡ ወመላእክተ ፡ ቃላት ፡ ወነጐድጓዳት ፡ ወለመባርቅት ፡ ወመላእክተ ፡ መናፍስት ፡ ለቍር ፡ ወለመርቄ ፡ ወለክረምት ፡ ወለመጸው ፡ ወለማእረር ፡ ወለሐጋይ ፡ ወለኵሉ ፡ መናፍስተ ፡ ተግባሩ ፡ ዘበሰማያት ፡ ወዘበምድር ፡ ወዘበኵሉ ፡ ቀላያት ፡ ወጽልመት ፡ ወብርሃን ፡ ወጎሕ ፡ ወምሴት ፡ ዘአስተዳለወ ፡ በአእምሮ ፡ ልቡ ።

2:3And thereupon we saw His works, and praised Him, and lauded before Him on account of all His works; for seven great works did He create on the first day.

2:3Y entonces vimos sus obras, y le alabamos, y le dimos loor delante de él a causa de todas sus obras; porque siete grandes obras creó en el primer día.

፫ወአሜሃ ፡ ርኢነ ፡ ምግባሮ ፡ ወባረክናሁ ፡ ወሰባሕነ ፡ ቅድሜሁ ፡ በእንተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ምግባሩ ፡ እስመ ፡ ሰብዓተ ፡ ግብረ ፡ ዐበይተ ፡ ገብረ ፡ በቀዳሚት ፡ ዕለት ።

2:4And on the second day He created the firmament in the midst of the waters, and the waters were divided on that day—half of them went up above and half of them went down below the firmament that was in the midst over the face of the whole earth. And this was the only work God created on the second day.

2:4Y en el segundo día creó el firmamento en medio de las aguas, y las aguas fueron divididas en aquel día: la mitad de ellas subió arriba y la mitad de ellas descendió abajo del firmamento que estaba en medio, sobre la faz de toda la tierra. Y esta fue la única obra que Elohim creó en el segundo día.

፬ወበዕለተ ፡ ሳኒታ ፡ ገብረ ፡ ምጽናዓተ ፡ ማእከለ ፡ ማይ ፡ ወተከፍለ ፡ ማያት ፡ በይእቲ ፡ ዕለት ፡ መንፈቆሙ ፡ ዐርጉ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ወመንፈቆሙ ፡ ወረዱ ፡ መትሕተ ፡ ምጽናዓት ፡ ማእከለ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ገጻ ፡ ለኵላ ፡ ምድር ፡ ወዘንተ ፡ ባሕቲቶ ፡ ግብረ ፡ ገብረ ፡ በሳኒታ ፡ ዕለት ።

2:5And on the third day He commanded the waters to pass from off the face of the whole earth into one place, and the dry land to appear.

2:5Y en el tercer día mandó a las aguas que pasaran de sobre la faz de toda la tierra a un lugar, y que apareciera lo seco.

፭ወበሣልስት ፡ ዕለት ፡ ገብረ ፡ በከመ ፡ ይቤ ፡ ለማያት ፡ ይኅልፉ ፡ እምቅድመ ፡ ገጻ ፡ ለኵላ ፡ ምድር ፡ ውስተ ፡ መካን ፡ አሐዱ ፡ ወያስተርኢ ፡ የብስ ።

2:6And the waters did so as He commanded them, and they retired from off the face of the earth into one place outside of this firmament, and the dry land appeared.

2:6Y las aguas hicieron como él les mandó, y se retiraron de sobre la faz de la tierra a un lugar fuera de este firmamento, y apareció lo seco.

፮ወገብሩ ፡ ከማሁ ፡ ማያት ፡ በከመ ፡ ይቤሎሙ ፡ ወተግሕሡ ፡ እምዲበ ፡ ገጻ ፡ ለምድር ፡ ውስተ ፡ መካን ፡ አሐዱ ፡ አፍአ ፡ እምጽናዓተዝ ፡ ወአስተርአየት ፡ የብስ ።

2:7And on that day He created for them all the seas according to their separate gathering-places, and all the rivers, and the gatherings of the waters in the mountains and on all the earth, and all the lakes, and all the dew of the earth, and the seed which is sown, and all sprouting things, and fruit-bearing trees, and trees of the wood, and the garden of Eden, in Eden, and all plants after their kind.

2:7Y en aquel día creó para ellas todos los mares según sus distintos lugares de reunión, y todos los ríos, y las reuniones de las aguas en los montes y en toda la tierra, y todos los lagos, y todo el rocío de la tierra, y la semilla que se siembra, y todo lo que brota, y los árboles que dan fruto, y los árboles del bosque, y el huerto de Edén, en Edén, y todas las plantas según su género.

፯ወበይእቲ ፡ ዕለት ፡ ፈጠረ ፡ ላቲ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ አብሕርተ ፡ በበ ፡ ምጉባኢሆሙ ፡ ወኵሎሙ ፡ አፍላግ ፡ ወምጉባኢሆሙ ፡ ለማያት ፡ ውስተ ፡ አድባር ፡ ወውስተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ምድር ። ወኵሎሙ ፡ ምዕቃላተ ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ጠለ ፡ ምድር ፡ ወዘርእ ፡ ዘይዘራእ ፡ ዘርኡ ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ዘይትበላዕ ፡ ወዕፀው ፡ እለ ፡ ይፈርዩ ፡ ወኦማተ ፡ ወገነተ ፡ ኤዶም ፡ በኤዶም ፡ ለተድላ ፡ ወለኵሉ ። ወአርባዕተ ፡ ዘንተ ፡ ዐበይተ ፡ ትውልደ ፡ ገብረ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ሣልስት ።

2:8These four great works God created on the third day. And on the fourth day He created the sun and the moon and the stars, and set them in the firmament of the heaven, to give light upon all the earth, and to rule over the day and the night, and divide the light from the darkness.

2:8Estas cuatro grandes obras creó Elohim en el tercer día. Y en el cuarto día creó el sol, y la luna, y las estrellas, y los puso en el firmamento del cielo para alumbrar sobre toda la tierra, y para señorear en el día y en la noche, y para separar la luz de las tinieblas.

፰ወበዕለተ ፡ ራብዕት ፡ ገብረ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ፀሐየ ፡ ወወርኀ ፡ ወከዋክብተ ፡ ወአንበሮሙ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ምጽናዓተ ፡ ሰማይ ፡ ከመ ፡ ያብርሁ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ምድር ። ወለኰንኖ ፡ መዓልተ ፡ ወሌሊተ ፡ ወለፈሊጥ ፡ ማእከለ ፡ ብርሃን ፡ ወጽልመት ።

2:9And God appointed the sun to be a great sign on the earth for days and for Shabbatot and for months and for feasts and for years and for Shabbatot of years and for jubilees and for all seasons of the years.

2:9Y Elohim puso el sol por gran señal sobre la tierra para los días, y para los Shabatot, y para los meses, y para las fiestas, y para los años, y para los Shabatot de años, y para los jubileos, y para todos los tiempos de los años.

፱ወወሀበ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ፀሐየ ፡ ለትእምርት ፡ ዐቢይ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ምድር ፡ ለመዋዕል ፡ ወለሰንበት ፡ ወለአውራኅ ፡ ወለበዓላት ፡ ወለዓመታት ፡ ወለሰንበታተ ፡ ዓመታት ፡ ወለኢዮቤልዉሳት ፡ ወለኵሉ ፡ ጊዜ ፡ ለዓመታት ።

2:10And it divides the light from the darkness, and is for prosperity, that all things may prosper which shoot and grow on the earth.

2:10Y separa la luz de las tinieblas, y es para prosperidad, para que prosperen todas las cosas que brotan y crecen en la tierra.

፲ወይፈልጥ ፡ ማእከለ ፡ ብርሃን ፡ ወማእከለ ፡ ጽልመት ፡ ወለጥዕዮ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይጥዒ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘይሠርፅ ፡ ወይልህቅ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ምድር ። ሠለስተ ፡ ዘንተ ፡ ዘመደ ፡ ገብረ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ራብዕት ።

2:11These three kinds He made on the fourth day. And on the fifth day He created great sea monsters in the depths of the waters, for these were the first things of flesh that were created by His hands, the fish and everything that moves in the waters, and everything that flies, the birds and all their kind.

2:11Estas tres clases hizo en el cuarto día. Y en el quinto día creó los grandes monstruos marinos en las profundidades de las aguas, porque estos fueron las primeras cosas de carne que fueron creadas por sus manos; los peces y todo lo que se mueve en las aguas, y todo lo que vuela, las aves y todo su género.

፲፩ወበዕለተ ፡ ኃምስት ፡ ፈጠረ ፡ ዐናብርተ ፡ ዐበይተ ፡ ማእከለ ፡ ቀላያተ ፡ ማያት ፡ እስመ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ተገብረ ፡ ቀዳሚ ፡ በእደዊሁ ፡ ዘሥጋ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ዘይትሐወስ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ማያት ፡ ዓሣት ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ዘይሰርር ፡ አዕዋፈ ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ዘመዶሙ ፡

2:12And the sun rose above them to prosper them, and above everything that was on the earth, everything that shoots out of the earth, and all fruit-bearing trees, and all flesh.

2:12Y el sol se levantó sobre ellos para hacerlos prosperar, y sobre todo lo que estaba en la tierra, todo lo que brota de la tierra, y todos los árboles que dan fruto, y toda carne.

፲፪ወሠረቀ ፡ ፀሐይ ፡ ላዕሌሆሙ ፡ ለጥዒና ፡ ወላዕለ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘሀሎ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ምድር ። ኵሎ ፡ ዘይሠርፅ ፡ እምድር ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ዕፀው ፡ ዘይፈሪ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ዘሥጋ ፡ ዘንተ ፡ ሠለስተ ፡ ዘመደ ፡ ገብረ ፡ አመ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ ኃምስት ።

2:13These three kinds He created on the fifth day. And on the sixth day He created all the animals of the earth, and all cattle, and everything that moves on the earth.

2:13Estas tres clases creó en el quinto día. Y en el sexto día creó todos los animales de la tierra, y todo el ganado, y todo lo que se mueve sobre la tierra.

፲፫ወበዕለተ ፡ ሳድስት ፡ ገብረ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ አራዊተ ፡ ምድር ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ እንስሳ ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ዘይትሐወስ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ምድር ።

2:14And after all this He created man, a man and a woman created He them, and gave him dominion over all that is upon the earth, and in the seas, and over everything that flies, and over beasts and over cattle, and over everything that moves on the earth, and over the whole earth, and over all this He gave him dominion.

2:14Y después de todo esto creó al hombre; varón y hembra los creó, y le dio señorío sobre todo lo que está sobre la tierra, y en los mares, y sobre todo lo que vuela, y sobre las bestias, y sobre el ganado, y sobre todo lo que se mueve sobre la tierra, y sobre toda la tierra; y sobre todo esto le dio señorío.

፲፬ወእምድኅረ ፡ ዝኵሉ ፡ ገብረ ፡ ሰብአ ፡ አሐደ ፡ ብእሴ ፡ ወብእሲተ ፡ ገብሮሙ ፡ ወአስለጦ ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ዘዲበ ፡ ምድር ፡ ወዘውስተ ፡ አብሕርት ፡ ወዲበ ፡ ዘይሰርር ፡ ወዲበ ፡ አራዊት ፡ ወዲበ ፡ እንስሳ ፡ ወዲበ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘይትሐወስ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ምድር ፡ ወላዕለ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ምድር ፡ ወዲበ ፡ ዝኵሉ ፡ አስለጦ ። ወአርባዕተ ፡ ዘንተ ፡ ዘመደ ፡ ገብረ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ሳድስት ።

2:15And these four kinds He created on the sixth day. And there were altogether two and twenty kinds.

2:15Y estas cuatro clases creó en el sexto día. Y fueron en total veintidós clases.

፲፭ወኮነ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዕሥራ ፡ ወክልኤቱ ፡ ዘመድ ።

2:16And He finished all His work on the sixth day—all that is in the heavens and on the earth, and in the seas and in the abysses, and in the light and in the darkness, and in everything.

2:16Y acabó toda su obra en el sexto día: todo lo que está en los cielos y en la tierra, y en los mares y en los abismos, y en la luz y en las tinieblas, y en todo.

፲፮ወፈጸመ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ግብሮ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ሳድስት ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዘበሰማይ ፡ ወዘበምድር ፡ ወውስተ ፡ አብሕርት ፡ ወውስተ ፡ ቀላያት ፡ ወውስተ ፡ ብርሃን ፡ ወውስተ ፡ ጽልመት ፡ ወውስተ ፡ ኵሉ ።

2:17And He gave us a great sign, the Shabbat day, that we should work six days, but keep Shabbat on the seventh day from all work.

2:17Y nos dio una gran señal, el día de Shabat, para que trabajáramos seis días, y guardáramos Shabat en el séptimo día de toda obra.

፲፯ወወሀበነ ፡ ትእምርተ ፡ ዐቢየ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ ሰንበታት ፡ ከመ ፡ ንኩን ፡ እንዘ ፡ ንገብር ፡ ሰዱሰ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ ግብረ ፡ ወናሰንብት ፡ አመ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ ሳብዕት ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ ግብር ።

2:18And all the angels of the presence, and all the angels of sanctification, these two great classes—He has bidden us to keep the Shabbat with Him in heaven and on earth.

2:18Y a todos los ángeles de la presencia y a todos los ángeles de la santificación, estas dos grandes clases, nos ha mandado guardar el Shabat con él en el cielo y en la tierra.

፲፰ኵሎሙ ፡ መላእክተ ፡ ገጽ ፡ ወኵሎሙ ፡ መላእክተ ፡ ቅድሳት ፡ ክልኤተ ፡ ዘመደ ፡ ዐበይተ ፡ ዘንተ ፡ ይቤለነ ፡ ናሰንብት ፡ ምስሌሁ ፡ በሰማይ ፡ ወበምድር ።

2:19And He said unto us, “Behold, I will separate unto Myself a people from among all the peoples, and these shall keep the Shabbat day, and I will sanctify them unto Myself as My people, and will bless them; as I have sanctified the Shabbat day and do sanctify it unto Myself, even so will I bless them, and they shall be My people and I will be their God.

2:19Y nos dijo: «He aquí, apartaré para mí un pueblo de entre todos los pueblos, y estos guardarán el día de Shabat, y los santificaré para mí como mi pueblo, y los bendeciré; así como he santificado el día de Shabat y lo santifico para mí, así también los bendeciré, y ellos serán mi pueblo y yo seré su Elohim.

፲፱ወይቤለነ ፡ ናሁ ፡ አነ ፡ እፈልጥ ፡ ሊተ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ እማእከለ ፡ አሕዛብየ ፡ ወያሰነብቱ ፡ እሙንቱኒ ፡ ወእቄድሶ ፡ ሊተ ፡ ለሕዝብ ፡ ወእባርኮ ፡ በከመ ፡ ቀደስክዋ ፡ ለዕለተ ፡ ሰንበት ፡ ወእቄድሶ ፡ ሊተ ፡ ወከመዝ ፡ እባርኮ ፡ ወይከውኑኒ ፡ ሕዝብየ ፡ ወአነ ፡ እከውኖሙ ፡ አምላከ ።

2:20And I have chosen the seed of Yaakov (Jacob) from amongst all that I have seen, and have written him down as My first-born son, and have sanctified him unto Myself forever and ever; and I will teach them the Shabbat day, that they may keep Shabbat thereon from all work.”

2:20Y he escogido la simiente de Yaakov (Jacob) de entre todo lo que he visto, y lo he inscrito como mi hijo primogénito, y lo he santificado para mí por los siglos de los siglos; y les enseñaré el día de Shabat, para que guarden Shabat en él de toda obra».

፳ወኀረይኩ ፡ በዘርአ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ እምዘርኢኩ ፡ ወጸሐፍክዎ ፡ ሊተ ፡ ወልደ ፡ በኵረ ፡ ወቀደስክዎ ፡ ሊተ ፡ ለዓለመ ፡ ዓለም ። ወዕለታተ ፡ ሰንበታት ፡ እኤምሮሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ያሰንብቱ ፡ ባቲ ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ ግብር ፡

2:21And thus He created therein a sign in accordance with which they should keep Shabbat with us on the seventh day, to eat and to drink, and to bless Him who has created all things, as He has blessed and sanctified unto Himself a peculiar people above all peoples, and that they should keep Shabbat together with us.

2:21Y así creó en él una señal conforme a la cual ellos guardarían Shabat con nosotros en el séptimo día, para comer y beber, y para bendecir al que ha creado todas las cosas, así como él ha bendecido y santificado para sí un pueblo especial sobre todos los pueblos, y para que guardaran Shabat juntamente con nosotros.

፳፩ወግብረ ፡ ቦቱ ፡ ትእምርተ ፡ ከማሁ ፡ በዘ ፡ ያሰነብቱ ፡ እሙንቱኒ ፡ ምስሌነ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ሳብዕት ፡ ለበሊዕ ፡ ወለሰቲይ ፡ ወለባርኮ ፡ ዘፈጠረ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ በከመ ፡ ባረኮ ፡ ወቀደሶ ፡ ሎቱ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ዘያስተርኢ ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ ወከመ ፡ ያሰንብቱ ፡ ኅቡረ ፡ ምስሌነ ።

2:22And He caused His commands to ascend as a sweet savor acceptable before Him all the days …

2:22E hizo subir sus mandamientos como olor grato, aceptable delante de él, todos los días…

፳፪ወገብረ ፡ ፈቃዳቲሁ ፡ ይዕርግ ፡ መዓዛ ፡ ሠናይ ፡ ዘይትወከፍ ፡ ቅድሜሁ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ መዋዕለ ።

2:23There were two and twenty heads of mankind from Adam to Yaakov, and two and twenty kinds of work were made until the seventh day; this is blessed and holy; and the former also is blessed and holy; and this one serves with that one for sanctification and blessing.

2:23Hubo veintidós cabezas de la humanidad desde Adam hasta Yaakov, y veintidós clases de obras fueron hechas hasta el séptimo día; este es bendito y santo, y el primero también es bendito y santo; y el uno sirve con el otro para santificación y bendición.

፳፫ዕሥራ ፡ ወክልኤ ፡ አርእስተ ፡ ሰብእ ፡ እምአዳም ፡ እስከኔሁ ። ወዕሥራ ፡ ወክልኤ ፡ ዘመደ ፡ ግብር ፡ ተገብረ ፡ እስከ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ ሳብዕት ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ቡሩክ ፡ ወቅዱስ ፡ ወውእቱኒ ፡ ቡሩክ ፡ ወቅዱስ ፡ ወዝንቱ ፡ ምስለ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ኮነ ፡ ለቅዳሴ ፡ ወለበረከት ፡

2:24And to this one, Yaakov and his seed, it was granted that they should always be the blessed and holy ones of the first testimony and law, even as He had sanctified and blessed the Shabbat day on the seventh day.

2:24Y a este, a Yaakov y a su simiente, le fue concedido que fueran siempre los benditos y santos del primer testimonio y de la ley, así como él había santificado y bendecido el día de Shabat en el séptimo día.

፳፬ወተውህበ ፡ ለዝንቱ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይኩኑ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ መዋዕለ ፡ ቡሩካነ ፡ ወቅዱሳነ ። ዘስምዕ ፡ ወሕግ ፡ ቀዳሚ ፡ በከመ ፡ ተቀደሰ ፡ ወተባረከ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ሳብዕት ።

2:25He created heaven and earth and everything that He created in six days, and God made the seventh day holy, for all His works; therefore He commanded on its behalf that whoever does any work thereon shall die, and that he who defiles it shall surely die.

2:25Él creó el cielo y la tierra y todo lo que creó en seis días, y Elohim hizo santo el séptimo día por todas sus obras; por tanto mandó acerca de él que cualquiera que haga en él alguna obra morirá, y que el que lo profane de cierto morirá.

፳፭ፈጠረ ፡ ሰማየ ፡ ወምድረ ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ዘተፈጥረ ፡ በሰዱስ ፡ ዕለት ። ወወሀበ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ዕለተ ፡ በዓል ፡ ቅድስተ ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ምግባሩ ፡ በእንተዝ ፡ አዘዘ ፡ በእንቲአሃ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘይገብር ፡ ባቲ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ግብረ ፡ ይሙት ፡ ወዘኒ ፡ ያረኵሳ ፡ ሞተ ፡ ለይሙት ።

2:26Therefore command the children of Yisrael (Israel) to observe this day that they may keep it holy and not do thereon any work, and not to defile it, as it is holier than all other days.

2:26Por tanto, manda a los hijos de Yisrael (Israel) que guarden este día para santificarlo, y que no hagan en él obra alguna, y que no lo profanen, porque es más santo que todos los demás días.

፳፮ወአንተ ፡ አዝዝ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ወይዕቀቡ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ ዛቲ ፡ ይቀድስዋ ፡ ወከመ ፡ ኢይግበሩ ፡ ባቲ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ግብረ ፡ ወከመ ፡ ኢያርኵስዋ ፡ እስመ ፡ ቅድስት ፡ ይእቲ ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ መዋዕል ።

2:27And whoever profanes it shall surely die, and whoever does thereon any work shall surely die eternally, that the children of Yisrael may observe this day throughout their generations, and not be rooted out of the land; for it is a holy day and a blessed day.

2:27Y el que lo profane de cierto morirá, y el que haga en él alguna obra de cierto morirá eternamente, para que los hijos de Yisrael guarden este día por sus generaciones, y no sean desarraigados de la tierra; porque es día santo y día bendito.

፳፯ኵሉ ፡ ዘያጌምና ፡ ሞተ ፡ ይሙት ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ዘይገብር ፡ ባቲ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ግብረ ፡ ሞተ ፡ ይሙት ፡ ለዓለም ። ከመ ፡ ይዕቀቡ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ዛተ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ በትውልዶሙ ፡ ወኢይሠረዉ ፡ እምድር ፡ እስመ ፡ ዕለት ፡ ቅድስት ፡ ይእቲ ፡ ወዕለት ፡ ቡርክት ፡ ይእቲ ፡

2:28And everyone who observes it and keeps Shabbat thereon from all his work will be holy and blessed throughout all days like unto us.

2:28Y todo el que lo observe y guarde Shabat en él de toda su obra será santo y bendito por todos los días, como nosotros.

፳፰ወኵሉ ፡ ሰብእ ፡ ዘየዐቅብ ፡ ወያሰነብት ፡ ባቲ ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ ግብሩ ፡ ቅዱሰ ፡ ወቡሩከ ፡ ይከውን ፡ በኵሉ ፡ መዋዕል ፡ ከማነ ።

2:29Declare and say to the children of Yisrael the law of this day, both that they should keep Shabbat thereon, and that they should not forsake it in the error of their hearts; and that it is not lawful to do any work thereon which is unseemly, to do thereon their own pleasure, and that they should not prepare thereon anything to be eaten or drunk, and that it is not lawful to draw water, or bring in or take out thereon through their gates any burden, which they had not prepared for themselves on the sixth day in their dwellings.

2:29Declara y di a los hijos de Yisrael la ley de este día: que guarden Shabat en él, y que no lo abandonen en el error de su corazón; y que no es lícito hacer en él ninguna obra indebida, ni hacer en él su propia voluntad, y que no preparen en él nada para comer ni para beber, y que no es lícito sacar agua, ni meter ni sacar por sus puertas en él carga alguna que no hayan preparado para sí en el sexto día en sus moradas.

፳፱አይድዕ ፡ ወንግር ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ኵነኔሃ ፡ ለዛቲ ፡ ዕለት ፡ ወያሰንብቱ ፡ ባቲ ፡ ወኢይኅድግዋ ፡ በስሕተተ ፡ ልቦሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ኢይኩኑ ፡ ለገቢረ ፡ ግብር ፡ ባቲ ፡ ዘኢይከውን ፡ ዘያስተርኢ ፡ ለገቢረ ፡ ባቲ ፡ ፈቃዶሙ ። ወከመ ፡ ያስተዳልዉ ፡ ባቲ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዘይትበላዕ ፡ ወዘይሰተይ ፡ ወለቀዲሐ ፡ ማይ ፡ ወለአብኦ ፡ ባቲ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዘይጸውር ፡ በአናቅጺሆሙ ፡ ዘኢያስተዳለዉ ፡ ሎሙ ፡ እሙንቱ ፡ በሰዱስ ፡ ዕለት ፡ ግብረ ፡ ውስተ ፡ መኃድሪሆሙ ፡

2:30And they shall not bring in nor take out from house to house on that day; for that day is more holy and blessed than any jubilee day of the jubilees; on this we kept Shabbat in the heavens before it was made known to any flesh to keep Shabbat thereon on the earth.

2:30Y no meterán ni sacarán nada de casa en casa en aquel día; porque aquel día es más santo y bendito que cualquier día de jubileo de los jubileos; en él guardamos Shabat en los cielos antes que se diera a conocer a carne alguna que guardara Shabat en él sobre la tierra.

፴ወኢያውፅኡ ፡ ወኢያብኡ ፡ እምቤት ፡ ቤተ ፡ በዛቲ ፡ ዕለት ፡ እስመ ፡ ቅድስት ፡ ይእቲ ፡ ወቡርክት ፡ ይእቲ ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ ኢዮቤል ፡ ዘኢዮቤልዉሳት ፡ ባቲ ፡ አሰንበትነ ፡ በሰማያት ፡ ዘእንበለ ፡ ይትአመር ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ዘሥጋ ፡ ለአሰንብቶ ፡ ባቲ ፡ በምድር ፡

2:31And the Creator of all things blessed it, but He did not sanctify all peoples and nations to keep Shabbat thereon, but Yisrael alone: them alone He permitted to eat and drink and to keep Shabbat thereon on the earth.

2:31Y el Creador de todas las cosas lo bendijo, pero no santificó a todos los pueblos y naciones para que guardaran Shabat en él, sino solo a Yisrael: solo a ellos permitió comer y beber y guardar Shabat en él sobre la tierra.

፴፩ወባረከ ፡ ፈጣሬ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ወኢቀደሰ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ወአሕዛበ ፡ ለአሰንብቶ ፡ ባቲ ፡ ዘእንበለ ፡ እስራኤልሃ ፡ ባሕቲቶ ፡ ሎቱ ፡ ለባሕቲቱ ፡ ወሀቦ ፡ ይብልዑ ፡ ወይስተዩ ፡ ወለአሰንብቶ ፡ ባቲ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ምድር ።

2:32And the Creator of all things blessed this day which He had created for blessing and holiness and glory above all days.

2:32Y el Creador de todas las cosas bendijo este día, que había creado para bendición y santidad y gloria sobre todos los días.

፴፪ወባረካ ፡ ፈጣሬ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘፈጠረ ፡ ዛተ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ ለበረከት ፡ ወለቅድሳት ፡ ወለስብሐት ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ መዋዕል ።

2:33This law and testimony was given to the children of Yisrael as a law forever unto their generations.

2:33Esta ley y testimonio fue dada a los hijos de Yisrael como ley perpetua por sus generaciones.

፴፫ዝንቱ ፡ ሕግ ፡ ወስምዕ ፡ ተውህበ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ሕግ ፡ ዘለዓለም ፡ ለትውልዶሙ ።
