7:12“And it shall come to pass, because you hearken to these judgments, and keep and do them, that Hashem your God shall keep unto you the covenant and the mercy which He swore unto your fathers;

7:12«Y será que, por haber oído estos derechos, y haberlos guardado y puesto por obra, Hashem tu Dios guardará contigo el pacto y la misericordia que juró a tus padres;

7:12“మీరు ఈ విధులను విని వాటిని అనుసరించి నడుచుకొనినయెడల నీ దేవుడైన హషేమ్ తాను నీ పితరులతో ప్రమాణముచేసిన నిబంధనను నెరవేర్చి నీకు కృపచూపును;

7:13and He will love you, and bless you, and multiply you; He will also bless the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your land, your grain and your wine and your oil, the increase of your cattle and the flocks of your sheep, in the land which He swore unto your fathers to give you.

7:14You shall be blessed above all peoples; there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle.

7:14Bendito serás más que todos los pueblos; no habrá en ti varón ni hembra estéril, ni en tus bestias.

7:14సమస్త జనములకంటె ఎక్కువగా నీవు ఆశీర్వదింపబడుదువు. నీలో మగవానికేగాని ఆడుదానికేగాని గొడ్డుతనముండదు, నీ పశువులలోనైననుండదు.

7:15And Hashem will take away from you all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Mitzrayim (Egypt), which you know, upon you, but will lay them upon all those that hate you.

Sixth Portion

ששי

This portion includes the second paragraph of the Shema (11:13–21).

11:10For the land, which you go in to possess, is not as the land of Mitzrayim, from which you came out, where you sowed your seed, and watered it with your foot, as a garden of herbs;

11:10Porque la tierra a la cual entras para poseerla no es como la tierra de Mitzrayim de donde habéis salido, donde sembrabas tu semilla y la regabas con tu pie, como huerto de hortaliza;

11:10మీరు స్వాధీనపరచుకొనబోవు దేశము మీరు బయలుదేరి వచ్చిన మిజ్రయీమ్ దేశమువంటిది కాదు; అక్కడ నీవు విత్తనములు విత్తి, కూరతోటకు నీరు కట్టినట్లు నీ కాళ్లతో నీరు కట్టితివి.

11:11but the land, which you go over to possess, is a land of hills and valleys, and drinks water of the rain of heaven;

Haftarah · Isaiah 49:14–51:3

Haftarah

הפטרה

The second of the seven haftarot of consolation. Tziyon says, “Hashem has forsaken me” (49:14), and Hashem answers, “Can a woman forget her nursing child …? Yes, they may forget, yet I will not forget you” (49:15). All communities read this haftarah.

49:14But Tziyon (Zion) said, “Hashem has forsaken me, and my Lord has forgotten me.”

Sources & method

Hebrew text
The Masoretic text with vowels (nikkud) and cantillation marks (ta’amim): the Westminster Leningrad Codex, from the open-source Open Scriptures Hebrew Bible. Where the written text (ketiv) differs from the reading (qere), the reading is shown and the written form follows in small type.
English translation
The King James Version (public domain), lightly modernized by Benei Avraham: “thee/thou/ye” become “you,” older verb forms are updated (“hath” to “has,” “begat” to “begot”), and archaic words are replaced only where the meaning would otherwise be unclear. People and places carry their Hebrew names, with the familiar English name in parentheses the first time (e.g., Moshe (Moses)). The Divine Name (יהוה, “the LORD” in the KJV) is written “Hashem”; “God” (Elohim) is unchanged. Verse numbers follow the Hebrew Bible.
Spanish translation
The Reina-Valera 1909 (public domain), lightly modernized by Benei Avraham in the same way as the English: older spellings and verb forms are updated (“á” to “a,” “bendecirte he” to “te bendeciré”), people and places carry their Hebrew names with the familiar Spanish name in parentheses the first time (e.g., Avram (Abram)), the Divine Name (“Jehová” in the Reina-Valera) is written “Hashem,” and “Dios” (Elohim) is unchanged. Choose the translation with the Language drop-down; the choice is remembered on this device.
Telugu translation
The Telugu Old Version of the Bible Society of India (Satyavedamu, public domain), lightly updated by Benei Avraham in the same way as the English and Spanish: the Divine Name (“యెహోవా” in the Old Version) is written “హషేమ్” (Hashem), people and places carry their Hebrew names with the familiar Telugu name in parentheses the first time (e.g., అవ్రామ్ (అబ్రాము)), quotation marks are added, and words damaged in the digital source text are restored. The classical style of the Old Version is kept. Choose the translation with the Language drop-down; the choice is remembered on this device.
Transliteration
Produced from the Hebrew with the open-source hebrew-transliteration library, adapted to Sephardic/Israeli pronunciation and reviewed by hand: ḥ for Chet and Chaf, tz for Tzadi, k for Kuf, and the Divine Name read “Adonai.” Names are capitalized.
Aliyot & haftarot
Portion divisions and haftarah readings follow the standard Jewish calendar outside Israel, cross-checked with Chabad.org and Hebcal. Ashkenazi and Sephardic haftarah customs are both shown.
